2. Orders

All orders are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. We reserve the right to cancel or reject any order if required.

3. Payments

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and digital payments where available. Prices are subject to change without notice.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• We only deliver inside Bangladesh.
• Inside Dhaka: Delivery within 24 hours.
• Outside Dhaka: Delivery within 48–72 hours.
• Delivery charges vary between 60–150 BDT depending on location.

5. Returns & Refunds

Products can be returned or exchanged if damaged, defective, or incorrect. Customers must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
